What file formats do you accept?

We work with CAD files (.dwg, .dxf), PDFs, Revit files (.rvt), SketchUp (.skp), and even hand-sketched plans photographed clearly. If you have it, we can work with it.

How long does the first delivery take?

Typically 3–5 business days for the first project as we calibrate to your style. After that, turnaround follows your plan’s SLA: 72h for Essential, priority delivery for Professional, and fastest turnaround for Premium.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes — pause for up to 3 months or cancel at the end of any billing cycle with no penalties. We believe in earning your business every month.

What if I need more renders than my plan includes?

You can add extra renders à la carte at a discounted subscriber rate. We’ll let you know the exact cost before producing anything additional.

Do unused deliverables roll over?

Renders do not roll over, but VR walkthroughs and LiDAR scans can be banked for up to 60 days. We encourage using your full allocation each month for best results.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fee. Your first month’s subscription covers everything, including the onboarding call and style calibration. You’re billed only when you’re ready to start producing.
