These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Boccetos Architectural Design ("Boccetos," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, architectural visualization, 3D rendering, LiDAR scanning, and virtual reality (VR) walkthrough services. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Boccetos provides architectural rendering, 3D modeling, LiDAR site scanning, and virtual reality walkthrough services on a project or subscription basis, as described on our website or in a signed proposal. Deliverables, timelines, and revision allowances vary by the plan or scope of work selected.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate plans, measurements, photos, and specifications. Boccetos is not liable for inaccuracies in final deliverables that result from incomplete or incorrect materials supplied by the client.
Subscription plans are billed monthly and may be paused or cancelled at the end of any billing cycle unless otherwise stated. Project-based work may require a deposit before work begins. Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by law.
Renders, models, and deliverables produced by Boccetos remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point a license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose is granted to the client. Boccetos retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
Boccetos provides visualization and design services only and does not provide structural, engineering, or construction guarantees. We are not liable for construction outcomes, cost overruns, or delays arising from third-party contractors or builders.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
